As a partner at Jenkins, Bowen & Walker, P.C., Mr. Walker has vast experience in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury and has represented individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as insurance companies, across the state in actions involving serious personal injuries. Mr. Walker has also regularly represented various cities, counties, businesses, neighborhood associations, citizen groups and individuals in front of local governments and in state, federal and appellate courts in Georgia in the areas of condemnation/eminent domain, zoning, land use, and local government law. In addition, Mr. Walker also represents numerous individuals and businesses in litigation involving disputes over contracts, loan agreements, business and corporate matters, construction defects, and individual property rights. He is a graduate of Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, and an honors graduate of Abraham Baldwin College.

Throughout his practice, Mr. Walker has lectured on a number of insurance, local government and other legal topics for the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute of Government, the Georgia Municipal Association, the Atlanta Regional Commission and various industry groups and private clients. He is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia's Leadership Academy and the Leadership Bartow Program. Over the years, Mr. Walker has received such recognition as being named one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the American Society of Legal Advocates, named as a "Who's Who in American Law" by Marquis Who’s Who in American Law and received a 10 Best Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Mr. Walker is also an active member of his community, serving in the Rotary Club of Bartow County, where he was the Membership Chair for 3 years, a regular judge/evaluator for the State Bar of Georgia's High School Mock Trial Program, the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce, the Etowah Scholarship Foundation, where he has served on the Board of Trustees, the Cartersville Country Club, where he served as President of the Board of Directors, the Cartersville Elementary School Governance Council, and the Bartow County Law Library, where he has served on the Board of Trustees.
